Service Maintenance Notice: 

Dear BHI Customer:

A maintenance window has been scheduled to begin on 8/30/08 at 5:00PM CST and 
end on 8/31/08 at 5:00PM CST.

As part of BHI's commitment to providing high-quality e-mail services, BHI 
engineers will be performing major hardware upgrades to e-mail systems during 
this maintenance window.  These upgrades will provide enhanced capabilities 
and increased performance throughout BHI's e-mail systems and services.
 
During this maintenance window all e-mail services will be unavailable.  This 
includes webmail, POP3, IMAP, SMTP, and hosted Exchange services.  E-mail 
received during this maintenance window will not be lost or rejected, as 
e-mail will be queued for delivery as services are restored. Customers may 
experience slight delays in e-mail delivery immediately following this 
maintenance window as e-mail systems process all queued e-mail.

Update: The maintenance was successfully completed at 5:15pm CST Sunday August 31. At this time all mail services are fully functional.
