  BHI handles all hardware support, maintenance, and configuration
All accounts include 128kbps bandwidth
Bandwidth fees are the same as colocation fees
All accounts include 10 e-mail accounts and hosting for up to 10 domains
Month to month contracts will incur a $500 setup fee
All managed services may receive simple monitoring alerts via e-mail, pager, or cell phone
Bandwidth is hard capped at 1mbps or approximately 20% above committed rate, unless prior arangements are made
Customer may request bandwidth capped at certain amount to prevent any burstable fees
All accounts include up to 2 system reboots per month by a BHI technician. Each call beyond this is charged at $50 per incident. Calls after hours are charged $250 per incident.
All accounts include up to 8 (6 usable) Block IP addresses - IP beyond these may be purchased
